Scratch by Sarah is a Cottage Bakery located right outside of Willis, TX. All goods are custom made from scratch, for you, by me, using only artisan and high quality ingredients. All of our bakes are free from any preservatives and nasty chemicals often found in grocery and big box store products.

Sarah Lowitzer designed and created our wedding cake. We ordered a tasting box of her cupcakes to figure out which flavors we like the best (our 4 kids ate them so fast we barely got a taste) We (they) choose a strawberry and chocolate layer. Besides the cake being beautifully decorated - it was so delicious.
